(Dues for 2009 are now only $40.00 per single household!)

Reminder: You must be a member in good standing for 6 months before you may rent the Beach House!
PLEASE NOTE: The dues are for the calendar year. All memberships expire on
December 31st, regardless of when they were paid during the year. Everyone’s dues have to be renewed every January. You may pay now for 2010 and get the most out of your money. Thank you!
YOUR BPCA MEMBERSHIP ALSO INCLUDES:
- Access to all BPCA community events, parties and holiday gatherings
- Access to BPCA General Meetings which address issues affecting all residents
- Access to Beach House on summer weekdays for lunch & use of the beach, deck and play acilities
- Access to a boat slip in the Grand Canal at the current resident rate
